急诊科护士组织公民行为现状及影响因素研究

Organizational citizenship behavior and its influencing factors in emergency nurses

摘要: 目的:了解急诊科护士组织公民行为现状并分析其影响因素,提出改善急诊科护士组织公民行为的可行性策略。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取天津市10家三级甲等医院251名急诊科护士,运用一般情况调查表及医务人员组织公民行为量表进行调查。结果:急诊科护士组织公民行为总分为33~113(86.45±14.21)分,其中公民责任维度得分最高为(4.08±0.64)分,积极参与维度得分最低为(3.07±0.83)分。多元线性回归分析显示技术职称是工作敬业度的主要影响因素,可解释3.4%的变异量。结论:急诊科护士组织公民行为水平较高,可通过实现急诊科护士与医院的心理价值交换,促进其更加有效的为组织服务,从而达到提升急诊科医疗照护质量的目的。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of organizational citizenship behaviors in emergency nurses(EN). Methods: A total 251 EN were recruited and investigated with a self-designed, the medical staffs’ organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire. Results: The total score of medical staffs’ organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire was(86.45±14.21). The score of civic responsibility(4.08±0.64) was highest, and the active participation(3.07±0.83) was lowest. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title was the main influencing factors for work commitment, which could explained 3.4% of the variance. Conclusion: The organizational citizenship behavior of EN was at a higher level, through the exchange of psychological value of emergency nurses and hospitals, it can promote the EN more effectively serve organization, thus improving the quality of emergency medical care.
