脑卒中患者自我感受负担现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the status of self-perceived burden in stroke patients and its influencing factors

摘要: 目的:调查脑卒中患者自我感受负担的现状并分析其影响因素,为提供有针对的护理措施提供依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法选取天津市某三甲医院110例脑卒中患者为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、自我感受负担量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:共回收有效问卷102份,102例脑卒中患者自我感受得分为(29.24±4.41)分,各维度得分由高到低为经济负担、情感负担、精神负担。多元回归结果显示,患者对疾病了解程度、患者自理能力、照顾者年龄进入回归方程,共解释32.7%的变异量。结论:脑卒中患者的自我感受负担处于轻中度水平,护理人员应该对住院脑卒中患者尤其是首次住院的脑卒中患者及其家属给予更多的关注,充分发挥护士教育者的职能,做好心理健康指导工作,加强患者和家属对疾病相关知识和康复知识的了解。

Abstract:  Objective: To investigate the current situation of self-perceived burden of stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for providing targeted nursing measures. Methods: The general demographic questionnaire, self-perceivedburden scale was used to investigate 110 stroke patients were selected by convenient sampling methodin a third-level first-class hospital of Tianjin. Results: A total of 102 valid questionnaires were collected.The score of self-perceived burden in stroke patients was(29.24±4.41).The score of each dimension was ranking as financial burden, emotional burden and mental burden from high to low. Multiple regression analysis shows the factors of understanding of disease, self-care ability and caregivers’ age enter into model, which explained 32.7% of the variance. Conclusion: The self-perceived burden among stroke patients arrived a mid-moderated level. Nursing staff should pay more attention to them, especially stroke patients and their families who are admitted to the hospital for the first time, give full play to the functions of nurse educators, do a good job in mental health guidance, and strengthen the understanding of patients and their families on disease-related knowledge and rehabilitation knowledge
