Abstract: Objective:To investigate the resilience level and its relevant factors in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation. Methods: Adopted a convenient sampling method, 207 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation were investigated with general information questionnaire, Connor-Davidson resilience scale, medical coping modes questionnaire and positive and negative affect scale from November 2018 to March 2019.Results:The resilience score of patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation was(59.21±15.25), The multiple regression analysis showed that whether to live alone(β=0.130,P=0.019), resignation coping(β=-0.257,P<0.001), positive and negative affect(β=0.400,P<0.019;β=-0.262,P<0.019)were the influencing factors of resilience, which explained 49.9% of the total variance. Conclusion:The overall level of resilience in patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing radiofrequency ablation was low. Medical staff should formulate targeted psychological intervention measures to help patients improve their resilience according to the affecting factors, including whether they live alone, resignation coping, positive and negative affect.
