Abstract: Objective: To observe the influence of Newman system nursing model on psychological status, compliance behaviors and quality of life of patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing total resection. Methods: 53 patients underwent laryngeal carcinoma underwent neonatal care were treated according to the Newman system nursing model. The psychological status, behavior and quality of life of patients before and after nursing care were observed and compared. Results: The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were significantly lower than those before nursing, the scores of all the quality of life after nursing were significantly higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Newman system nursing model can significantly improve the anxiety, depression and other psychological status of patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing total resection. It can also improve their compliance and quality of life.

摘要： 目的：观察纽曼系统护理模式对喉癌全切患者心理状态、遵医行为及生存质量的影响。方法选取53例接受喉癌全切手术患者，均根据纽曼系统护理模式进行护理。观察患者护理前后心理状态、遵医行为及生存质量。结果护理干预后患者焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale, SAS）与抑郁自评量表（self-rating depression scale, SDS）评分均显著低于干预前；各项遵医行为优于干预前；各项生存质量指标评分高于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：纽曼系统护理模式能显著改善喉癌全切患者焦虑、抑郁等心理状况，并提高其依从性及生存质量。
