Effect of 5A education mode on self-management of patients with stage 3a~4 chronic kidney disease

5A模式教育在CKD3a~4期患者健康教育中的应用效果

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application effect of the 5A education mode in outpatient with chronic kidney disease. Methods: 100 outpatients with CKD3a~4 were selected from the nephropathy department, and 50 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given the collective education, the observation group was given the 5A education mode. The intervention lasted 6 months. The general information, self-management ability and clinical laboratory index of patients were collected and compared before and after intervention. Results: After intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the self-management ability and the clinical laboratory index in the control group(P>0.05), but the self-management ability, systolic blood pressure, BMI, serum uric acid, blood lipid and glycerol three hemoglobin standard rate of observation group improved significantly(P<0.05), and were better than that of the control group significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: 5A education mode is conducive to improving the self-management ability of outpatient with chronic kidney disease, improving some clinical indexes.

摘要: 目的:探讨5A模式教育在慢性肾脏病门诊患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将肾科门诊100例慢性肾脏病3~4期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予集体教育,观察组给予5A模式教育,均干预6个月。收集并比较患者的一般资料、干预前后自我管理能力及临床实验室指标变化。结果:干预后对照组患者自我管理能力及临床实验室指标达标率无显著变化(P>0.05),观察组自我管理能力、收缩压、BMI、血尿酸、血甘油三脂及血红蛋白达标率改善显著(P<0.05),且较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论:5A模式教育有利于提高慢性肾脏病门诊患者自我管理能力,改善部分临床指标,健康教育效果显著。
