Objective: To analyze the working pressure of the operating room nurse in the current environment and explore coping strategies to ease their pressure. Methods: 210 operating room nurses of 3 tertiary referral centers of Jinan City were chose to investigate. The general questionnaire, the working pressure source scale of operating room nurses and the coping style scale were used to analyze. Results: The level of working pressure for operating room nurses was in the middle (93.67±18.75). The top 5 pressure sources were heavy workload, worried about the work accidents, less of promotion opportunities, the low social status of nursing work, the low wages and other benefits. The pressures of operating room nurses were mainly from the workload and the particularity of the work. Only half of them could cope with stress in a mature way. Conclusion： The care managers should be given attention to reduce working pressure and improve the quality of care in the operating room.

目的：了解手术室护士的工作压力，并探讨应对策略以缓解其压力，提高手术室的护理水平。方法：选择济南市三所三级甲等医院的210名手术室护士进行调查，使用一般资料调查问卷、手术室护士工作压力源量表以及应对方式量表进行调查统计分析。结果：210名手术室护士工作压力总分为（93.67±18.75）分，属于中度压力水平，排在前5位的压力源是工作量大、担心工作中出现差错事故、晋升机会少、护理工作的社会地位太低、工资及其他福利待遇低。仅有半数人能以成熟的方式应对压力。结论：手术室护士工作压力大，其自身与护理管理者都应当给予重视，减轻其压力，提高手术室护理工作质量。
