Abstract

Abstract:

Objective: To explore the application of connective tissue disease glucocorticoid therapy experience and true feelings, seeking to influence factors of its formation and execution compliance. Methods: 15 patients with glucocorticoid treatment were selected to interview. The information was analyzed by Colaizzi 7. Results: The adherence of glucocorticoid treatment in connective tissue disease patients involved 3 themes: trust, comparative judgment, support. Conclusion: Nurses should know patients with hormone behavior and true feeling, build nursing strategies that fit for the patient’s to improve patients’ medication adherence.

摘要：

目的：探索结缔组织病患者应用激素经历的真实感受，寻求影响其形成和执行依从性的因素。方法：对某三级甲等医院风湿免疫科诊断并治疗的结缔组织病应用激素的15例患者进行访谈，运用Colaizzi的7步分析法进行分析。结果：结缔组织病患者应用激素涉及3个主题：信任，比较判断，支持。结论：在护理工作中需要了解患者对激素依从性的行为和真实感受，制定适合患者自身的护理策略，提高患者的用药依从性。
