Abstract

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate experience of receiving breast reconstruction for women in operation decision making treatment process. Methods: Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among 16 patients underwent breast reconstruction, and data was analyzed by Colaizzi’s methods. Results: The experience of patients mainly contained 4 aspects: dream of a wonderful future, decision conflict, demand for social support and decision to be made quickly.Conclusion: Medical staff should strengthen information exchange with patients and improve social support system to help patients to make definite surgical decisions and improve patient satisfaction.

摘要： 目的：深入了解乳房再造患者术前决策体验。方法：对16例乳房再造术患者进行半结构访谈，并用Colaizzi的七步法进行资料分析。结果：乳房再造患者参与手术决策过程中的体验包括：期待美好的未来、面临决策困难、社会支持的需求及决策时间的短暂。结论：临床人员应加强专业化信息沟通，构建乳房再造技术的宣传计划，完善社会医疗政策等建议，以帮助患者全面了解治疗方案的利弊，缓解手术决策冲突，提高患者的决策满意度。
