Objective: To construct the core knowledge system of community geriatric rehabilitation nursing and provide evidence for the standardized training of geriatric rehabilitation care. Methods: Guided by the goal-process model, the core knowledge system of community geriatric rehabilitation nursing was established through literature reading and Delphi expert correspondence. Results: The core knowledge system of community geriatric rehabilitation nursing include 6 primary knowledge indicators and 53 secondary knowledge indicators. The expert’s enthusiasm was 100%, the authority coefficient of the expert was 0.887. Coordination coefficient for 2 rounds of consultation expert opinion: The coordination coefficient of first round consultation were 0.59, 0.62, and the coordination coefficient of second round consultation were 0.50, 0.43. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), which means the system was rigorous. Conclusion: In the core knowledge system of community geriatric rehabilitation nursing, expert opinion for indicators are concentrated, and the results have shown high credibility. The system possesses both theoretical level and clinical practicability, and provides evidence for the standardized training of geriatric rehabilitation care in our country.

目的：构建社区老年康复护理核心知识体系，为我国社区护士老年康复护理规范化培训提供依据。方法：以“目标-过程模式”为指导，通过文献阅读法、德尔菲专家函询法建立社区老年康复护理核心知识体系。结果：社区老年康复护理核心知识体系包括6个一级知识指标，53个二级知识指标。专家积极性为100%，专家的权威系数为0.887。两轮函询专家意见的协调系数：第一轮知识指标协调系数分别为0.59，0.62，第二轮知识指标协调系数分别为0.50，0.43，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：社区老年康复护理核心知识体系中，各级指标专家意见集中，研究结果可信度高，兼具理论层次性和临床实用性，为社区老年康复护理人才的规范化教育培训提供了参考。
