A qualitative study on the teaching experience of instructors in training for specialist nurses in maternal and child care

母婴护理专科护士培训指导教师带教体验的质性研究

Abstract: Objective: To explore the teaching experience of instructors in the training for specialist nurses in maternal and child care and to understand the effects and existing problems of the training, so as to provide reference and basis for further improvement in training proposal and teaching methods. Methods: Purposive sampling method was used to select 8 nursing instructors in the training for specialist nurses in maternal and child care. Face-to-face, semi-structured interviews based on phenomenological research methods in qualitative research were conducted in the study, and Colaizzi method was used to analyze the data. Results: A total of three themes were refined including realizing the benefits of training, problems in training, and thoughts on improving training. Conclusion: The effectiveness of the training for specialist nurses in maternal and child care is visible, but there are still some problems such as the level of teachers need to be improved, the base of trainees is uneven, the training content is not perfect, and the training time is tight, etc. So the relevant departments should pay attention to the problems in the training and try to improve the training proposal so as to promote the quality of training for specialist nurses in maternal and child care.

摘要: 目的:探讨母婴护理专科护士培训中指导教师的带教体验,了解母婴护理专科护士培训的效果与存在的问题,为进一步完善母婴护理专科护士的培训方案,改进教学方法提供参考和依据。方法:应用目的抽样法选取8名母婴护理专科护士指导教师,采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对其进行面对面、半结构式访谈,并采用Colaizzi方法对资料进行分析。结果:提炼出3个主题,体会到培训的益处、培训中存在的问题、对改善培训的思考。结论:母婴护理专科护士培训成效可见,但仍有不足之处,存在师资水平待提高、学员基础参差不齐,培训内容不完善、培训时间紧等问题,希望相关部门能重视母婴护理专科护士培训中出现的问题,改进培训方案,提高培训质量。
