Objective: To systematically summarize the survival status and psychological experience of breast cancer survivors after treatment, and comprehensively understand the survival status and needs of breast cancer survivors, so as to provide basis for medical personnel to implement intervention. Methods: CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, Chinese Biomedical Literature, PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, JBI, Embase, Cochrane Library and CINAHL were retrieved from inception to January 2021. The related qualitative research articles of psychological experience of breast cancer survivors were retrieved, and the quality of literatures was evaluated by the quality evaluation standard of qualitative research of JBI evidence-based health care center in Australia, and the method of aggregation integration was used. Results: A total of 10 studies were included, and 55 complete and clear results were extracted. The similar research results were classified into 10 new categories, and 3 integrated results were obtained. The first was psychological adjustment including negative emotional distress, looking for spiritual sustenance, accepting reality. The second was long-term impact including cancer-related fatigue continuing to plague, long-term complications occurring, cognitive function being abnormal. The third was various needs including the need to work to realize life value, the impact of sexual life, lacking of medical care and trusting interest support, and the need for social support. Conclusion: Medical staffs should pay more attention to breast cancer survivors, understand their physical, psychological and social needs, and give targeted interventions to improve the quality of life.
