Abstract: Objective: To explore the factors affecting compliance behavior of opioid medication in patients with lung cancer and to provide reference for standardizing cancer pain management and improving the quality of life of patients. Methods: A semi-structured interview was conducted among 12 lung cancer patients receiving opioids medication by purposive sampling. The data were summarized and integrated by Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis method. Results: The factors affecting compliance behavior of opioid medication in patients with lung cancer were summarized into five themes, they were unclear target positioning, wrong cognition of cancer pain and drugs (wrong cognition of cancer pain and drugs, worry about adverse drug reactions), negative expectation effect, obstacles of objective factors and lack of relevant support. Conclusion: Patients with lung cancer have a great psychological and physiological burden during opioid medication. Medical staffs should timely correct patients′ wrong cognition, relieve bad emotions, and provide targeted intervention to improve patients′ medication adherence.

摘要： 目的：了解肺癌患者阿片类药物的服用依从行为的障碍因素，为规范癌痛管理，改善患者生命质量提供参考。方法：采用目的抽样法对12 例服用阿片类药物的肺癌患者进行半结构式访谈，通过内容分析法进行资料的归纳整合。结果：肺癌患者阿片类药物服用依从性障碍因素共提炼出5 个主题，分别为目标定位不清晰、癌痛及药物的错误认知（癌痛及药物认知误区及对药物不良反应的担忧）、负性期望影响、客观因素的阻碍及相关支持不足。结论：肺癌患者服用阿片类药物期间，心理、生理存在较大负担，医护人员应及时纠正患者的错误认知，疏导不良情绪，提供针对性的干预措施以提高患者服药依从性。
