Abstract: Objective: To analyze the current status, hot spots and cutting-edge trends in researches on the care of patients with cardiovascular comorbidities. Methods: The Web of Science database was used as a source to collect literatures on the care of patients with cardiovascular comorbidities from the inception of database to January 1, 2023, and CiteSpace software was used to map the country, institution, author collaboration network and keyword co-occurrence to analyze thecurrent status, hot spots and frontiers of researches on cardiovascular comorbidities patient care. Results: A total of 1 044 literatures were included and the number of publications showed a continuous increasing trend. The country with the highest number of publications was the United States. The issuing institutions were dominated by Karolinska Institute and the University of Toronto. The number of authors engaged in researches on the care of patients with cardiovascular comorbidities was high, but the distribution was scattered and collaboration was weak. Hot spots in cardiovascular comorbidities patient care researches were comorbidities management, cardiovascular metabolic comorbidities, and psycho-cardiology. Future research trends are evidence-based care studies on patients with cardiovascular comorbidities. Conclusion: The research field of cardiovascular comorbidities patient care has entered a stable development stage, research teams and institutions should continue to strengthen communication and cooperation to promote the continued development of cardiovascular comorbidities patient care research.

摘要： 目的：分析心血管共病患者护理研究的现状、热点和前沿趋势。方法：以Web of Science 数据库为来源，收集建库至2023 年1 月1 日的心血管共病患者护理研究的相关文献，采用CiteSpace 软件绘制国家、机构、作者合作网络和关键词共现图，分析心血管共病患者护理研究现状、热点及前沿。结果：共纳入文献1 044 篇，发文量呈持续增长趋势。发文量最多的国家是美国。发文机构以卡罗林斯卡学院和多伦多大学为主。从事心血管共病患者护理研究的作者较多，但分布较分散，合作较为薄弱。心血管共病患者护理研究的热点是共病管理、心血管代谢性共病、双心医学等。未来的研究趋势是心血管共病患者的循证护理研究。结论：目前该领域已进入稳定发展阶段，研究团队及机构应继续加强交流合作，促进心血管共病患者护理研究的持续发展。
