Correlation analysis between psychological resilience and work stress of nurses in central sterile supply department

消毒供应中心护士心理韧性与工作压力的相关性分析

Abstract: Objective: To explore the status of psychological resilience and work stress among nurses in central sterile supply departments, and analyze the correlation between psychological resilience and work stress. Methods: Convenience sampling was used and 140 nurses from central sterile supply departments in two grade A tertiary hospitals in Tianjin were included. The Connor Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) and Nurse Job Stessor Inventory (NJSI) were used in the survey, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between psychological resilience and work stress. Results: The total score of CD-RISC was 76.89±6.55, with a score rate of 61.51%, which was at a moderate level. The average scores of each dimension item from high to low were resilience (3.28±0.41), self-improvement (3.14±0.36), and optimism (2.28±0.31). The total score of NJSI was 50.84±6.47, with an average item score of (2.12±0.25) points, which was at a moderate level. The average scores of each dimension item from high to low were workload and time allocation (2.41± 0.26), nursing profession and work (2.33±0.24), work environment and resources (2.29±0.22), and management and interpersonal relationships (1.74±0.23). The total score and scores of each dimension of CD-RISC were positively correlated with the total score and scores of each dimension of NJSI (P<0.05). Conclusion: The psychological resilience and work stress of nurses in central sterile supply department are both at a moderate level with a positive correlation. It is necessary optimize work arrangements from management perspective and reduce work stress, and improve the psychological resilience level of nurses in central sterile supply department, so as to maintain their physical and mental health.

摘要: 目的:了解消毒供应中心护士心理韧性与工作压力的现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择天津市 2 所三级甲等医院消毒供应中心 140 名护士作为研究对象,采用 Connor-Davidson 心理韧性量表(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,CD-RISC)和护士工作压力源量表(Nurse Job Stessor Inventory,NJSI)进行问卷调查,采用 Pearson 相关分析法分析心理韧性与工作压力的相关性。结果:140 名消毒供应中心护士 CD-RISC 总分为(76.89±6.55)分,得分率为 61.51%,处于中等水平;各维度条目平均分得分由高到低依次为坚韧(3.28±0.41)分、自强(3.14±0.36)分、乐观(2.28±0.31)分。140 名消毒供应中心护士 NJSI 总分为(50.84± 6.47)分,条目平均分为(2.12±0.25)分,处于中等水平;各维度条目平均分从高到低依次为工作量与时间分配(2.41±0.26)分、护理专业与工作(2.33±0.24)分、工作环境与资源(2.29±0.22)分、管理及人际关系(1.74±0.23)分。CD-RISC 总分及各维度得分均与 NJSI 总分及各维度得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心护士心理韧性与工作压力均处于中等水平,且两者存在正相关关系,应从管理角度优化工作安排,减轻工作压力,提高消毒供应中心护士的心理韧性水平,维持护士的身心健康。
