Abstract: Objective: To explore the current situation of exercise fear of patients treated with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices in rehabilitation period, and analyze the related influencing factors. Methods: Using the convenient sampling method, a cross-sectional survey was conducted in patients undergoing cardiovascular implantable electronic devices therapy in rehabilitation period. General questionnaire, exercise fear scale for heart patients and exercise self-efficacy scale were used in the survey. The influencing factors were explored by using multiple linear regression analysis. Results: A total of 157 patients with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices were included. The total score of exercise fear in rehabilitation period was 45.27±5.42. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, education level, residence, per capita monthly income of family, occupation, smoking history, living conditions and exercise self-efficacy were the factors affecting the level of exercise fear of patients undergoing cardiovascular implantable electronic devices therapy during rehabilitation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients treated with cardiovascular implantable electronic devices have a high level of exercise fear during rehabilitation. Clinical nurses should pay attention to the early evaluation of exercise fear during rehabilitation, and formulate comprehensive intervention measures according to the influencing factors to reduce the level of exercise fear of patients.

摘要： 目的：探索心血管植入型电子器械治疗患者康复期运动恐惧现状并分析其影响因素。方法：采用便利抽样法，应用一般情况调查表、心脏病患者运动恐惧量表和运动自我效能量表对心血管植入型电子器械治疗患者进行横断面调查。采用多元线性回归分析其影响因素。结果：157 例心血管植入型电子器械治疗患者康复期运动恐惧总分为（45.27±5.42）分。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、文化程度、居住地、家庭人均月收入、职业、吸烟史、居住情况和运动自我效能感是影响心血管植入型电子器械治疗患者康复期运动恐惧水平的因素（P<0.05）。结论：心血管植入型电子器械治疗患者康复期运动恐惧水平较高，临床护理人员应关注该类患者康复期运动恐惧的早期评价，并根据影响因素制定个性化干预措施，以降低患者运动恐惧水平。
