Abstract: Objective:To explore the relationship between self-perceived burden, self-management behaviors and coping style in patients with primary glaucoma, so as to provide a basis for nursing measures to improve patients’self-perceived burden. Methods: 236 patients with primary glaucoma were investigated by general questionnaire, self-perceived burden scale, medical coping modes questionnaire and self-management behavior questionnaire. Results: The mean score of self-perceived burden was（31.10±9.34），which was at middle level.The total score of self-management behavior was 48.27±6.271.The total score of self-perceived burden was positively correlated with avoidance and yield response（r=0.239，P＜0.001；r=0.294，P＜0.001），a negative correlation with acceptance（r=-0.133，P＜0.05）. The total score of self-management behavior was positively correlated with acceptance（r=0.534，P＜0.001），however，a negative correlation with avoidance and yield response（r=-0.308，P＜0.001；r=-0.178，P＜0.01；r=-0.446，P＜0.001). Conclusion: The self-perceived burden, self-management behavior of patients with primary glaucoma is related to their coping style. They should be encouraged to establish self-management behavior,face the disease actively and reduce the burden of patients’ self-feelings.

摘要： 目的：探讨原发性青光眼患者自我感受负担、自我管理行为及应对方式的相关性，为制定改善患者自我感受负担的护理措施提供依据。方法：采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表、医学应对方式问卷和自我管理行为问卷，对236例原发性青光眼患者进行调查。结果：原发性青光眼患者自我感受负担得分（31.10±9.34）分，为中等水平；自我管理行为总分为（48.27±6.271）分。自我感受负担总分与回避及屈服维度呈正相关（r=0.239，P＜0.001；r=0.294，P＜0.001），与面对维度呈负相关（r=-0.133，P＜0.05）；自我管理行为总分和面对维度呈正相关（r=0.534，P＜0.001），与回避和屈服维度呈负相关（r=-0.308，P＜0.001；r=-0.178，P＜0.01；r=-0.446，P＜0.001）。结论：原发性青光眼患者自我感受负担、自我管理行为与其应对方式相关，医护人员应鼓励患者建立良好的自我管理行为，积极面对疾病，降低患者的自我感受负担。
