摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的:探讨90后新护士工作环境与职业获益感的关系。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷，护士职业获益感量表，护士工作环境量表对天津市四家三级甲等医院的207名90后手术室新护士进行问卷调查并对结果进行统计分析。结果:90后手术室新护士职业获益感总均分为（49.29±12.29）分，处于中等水平；工作环境各维度中护士参与医院事务得分最高（18.00±5.85）分，医护合作最低（3.42±1.79）分；工作环境5个维度与职业获益感均呈正相关（P＜0.01）。结论:工作环境与90后手术室新护士职业获益感密切相关，手术室护理管理者应改善工作环境，增强其职业获益感，以稳定手术室护理队伍。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the relationship between the working environments and the perceived professional benefits for new nurses post-90s. Methods: A self designed questionnaire which included perceived benefits and work environment scale was used to investigate 207 new OR nurses from 4 3-A-grade hospitals. Results: The average total score of the sense of professional benefit was 49.29±12.29, which was at the medium level. In different dimensions of the work environment, the score of participating for hospital affairs was the highest（18.00±5.85）, and the score of doctor-nurse collaboration was the lowest（3.42±1.79）. The 5 dimensions of work environment showed a very significant positive correlation with the sense professional benefit（P＜0.01）. Conclusion: The work environment is closely related with the sense of professional benefit of OR nurses who were born in the 1990s. Nurses and managerial staff should improve the work environment and enhance their sense of professional benefit, so as to stabilize the nursing team of operation room.
