摘要/Abstract

摘要： 探讨重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（recombinant human Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor，rhGM-CSF）凝胶治疗老年患者经鼻气管插管诱导的Ⅱ期鼻压疮的疗效。方法：56例经鼻气管插管致Ⅱ期鼻压疮的老年患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各28例。观察组采用rhGM-CSF凝胶外敷，对照组采用盐酸金霉素眼膏外敷，比较两组患者创面愈合时间、治疗后不同时间点愈合率及不良反应。结果：观察组完全愈合时间为（13.33±0.99）天，对照组（17.03±1.06）天，差异有统计学意义（t=-13.50，P=0.000）。治疗期间各时相点观察组创面愈合率均较对照组明显增加，两组差有显著性意义（P<0.01）。两组治疗期间均未见不良反应。结论：rhGM-CSF凝胶能促进老年患者经鼻气管插管诱导的Ⅱ期鼻压疮的愈合，缩短愈合时间，安全有效。

Abstract:

Objective: To observe the effect of recombinant human granulocyte macrophage colony-stimulating factor ( rhGM-CSF) gel in the treatment of stage Ⅱnasal pressure sore caused by tracheal intubation in elderly patients. Methods: By convenience sampling，56 patients with Ⅱ stage nasal pressure sore caused by tracheal intubation were divided into observation group（n=28）and control group（n=28）.The observation group was treated with rhGM-CSF gel，while the control group was treated with chlortetracycline hydrochloride eye ointment. Wound healing time，healing rate at different time points and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between two groups. Results: The day of completed healing in rhGM-CSF gel group was （13.33±0.99）days，while it was （17.03±1.06）days in the other group（t=-13.29，P=0.00023）. There was statistical significance of the differences of wound healing rate at every time phase and wound healing effect between two groups（P<0.01）. No adverse reaction showed in the treatment period with the two methods. Conclusion: The rhGM-CSF gel can significantly promote the healing of Ⅱ stage nasal pressure sore caused by tracheal intubation in elderly patients，reduce wound healing time. Nursing with rhGM-CSF gel is a safe，effective and convenient method.
