摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨白内障日间手术院前管理对患者接受健康教育效果的影响。方法：选取改进日间手术院前综合管理模式后的老年性白内障手术患者155例及改进前131例，分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予传统管理模式，观察组给予综合管理模式。分别评估两组患者对健康教育掌握的程度。结果：观察组患者对洗手方法、点眼药方法、点眼药频次的时间分配、洗头注意事项、正确戴眼罩方法掌握情况均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：院前管理能够明显提高白内障日间手术患者的健康教育效果。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of pre-hospital management on health education levels for patients with cataract day surgery.Methods: 155 old patients with cataract surgery, which were managed by the integrated pre-hospital management model of the day surgery, were chosen as observation group, and 131 patients were managed by the traditional management model as the control group. The effect of health education on the two groups was evaluated respectively.Results: patients in the observation group can do better than those of the control group on hand washing methods, eye drops methods, time distribution of eye drops, attention of shampoo, and wearing eye mask correctly (P<0.05).Conclusion: The pre-hospital management on patients with cataract day surgery can significantly improve them receiving health education.
