前瞻性应对在青年糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

摘要:  

目的:探讨以前瞻性应对为基点的新型健康教育方式对青年糖尿病患者自我管理能力和心理状态的影响。方法:选取代谢病科住院的青年糖尿病患者46例,随机分为对照组和干预组。针对干预组患者,通过调查问卷、评估量表和病历资料了解其基线数据,绘制个体糖尿病特征图。由糖尿病专科护士和心理咨询师协助患者针对预期的风险制定管理目标和计划步骤,以培养患者糖尿病相关并发症风险预期和目标管理能力。结果:前瞻性应对式健康教育后,干预组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖尿病管理自我效能量表(C-DMSES)评分和Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均得到明显改善,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将前瞻性应对方法与青年糖尿病患者的健康教育结合,能显著改善患者的血糖水平、糖尿病自我管理效能和心理调适能力。

Abstract:  

 Objective: To investigate the influence of healthy education based on proactive coping on self-management ability and psychological states of adolescent diabetic. Methods: 46 adolescent patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. The questionnaire, assessment scale and medical records were used to get the baseline data and draw individual diabetes characteristic pattern for patients in intervention group. Diabetes specialist nurse and psychological consultant assisted adolescent diabetic to set management goals and planning process for prospective risk in order to cultivate the ability of prognosis of diabetic complication and management by objectives. Results: After healthy education of proactive coping, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, the score of C-DMSES and SDS were improved obviously in intervention group, which was statistically different in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of proactive coping and healthy education can improve blood glucose level, self-management efficiency and mental adjustment ability.
