摘要:  目的:探讨个案导入法教学提高低年资护士心电图辨识水平的效果。方法:对73名低年资护士用个案导入法进行培训,培训时间 3个月。记录护士培训前后心电图识别的正确率。结果:通过培训,护士异常心电图识别正确率均在86%以上,正常心电图识别正确率为100%,普遍优于培训前。其中对室上速、房扑/房颤、心肌缺血/心梗、传导阻滞心电图的培训具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个案导入法教学可显著提高低年资护士心电图辨识水平,对低年资护士心电图辨识能力的培训具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:  

Objective: To assess the effect of case introduction teaching in enhancing the analytical level of electrocardiogram (ECG) among junior nurses.Methods: 73 junior nurses were trained for three months by case introduction teaching. Record the nurses’ accuracy rate of analyzing ECG before and after the training.Results: After the training, the nurses’ accuracy rate was 86% for abnormal ECG analysis, and 100% for normal ECG analysis, which is generally better than the records before training. Such training contributes to mastering knowledge of supraventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, myocardial ischemia, myocardial infarction, and atrioventricular block(P<0.05).Conclusion: Case introduction teaching can significantly improve the precision of electrocardiogram analysis among junior nurses, and there was a good application prospect for training the electrocardiogram analytical ability among junior nurses.
