护理本科生坚韧人格与职业认同感的相关性分析

The relevance research of hardy personality and professional identification for undergraduate nursing students

摘要:  

目的:调查护理本科生坚韧人格、职业认同感的状况,并分析两者的相关性。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,使用大学生坚韧人格评定量表(HPS)与护生职业认同感问卷(PIQNS)对天津市三所高校护理专业189名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果:护生坚韧人格平均分为(69.21±12.80)分,职业认同感平均分(37.29±1.90)分。坚韧人格总分及4个维度得分与职业认同感总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。挑战维度和高考志愿是影响护生职业认同感的两个主要因素(P<0.01)。结论:护理本科生的坚韧人格处于中等偏上水平,职业认同感较低,坚韧人格能够影响其职业认同感,护理教育者可用通过对学生坚韧人格培养提高其职业认同感。

Abstract:  

Objective: To understand the conditions of hardy personality and professional identification, and to explore the relationship between them. Methods: Adopt the sampling method of convenience, a total of 189 nursing students were investigated by using the Hardiness personality seal (HPS) and professional identity questionnaire for nurse students (PIQNS). Results: Undergraduate students scored 69.21±12.80 points averagely in HPS, and(37.29±1.90) in PIQNS. The total score of HPS and 4 dimension were positively correlated with that of PIQNS’ total score (P<0.01). The regression analysis showed that challenge dimension and their college entrance examination’s wills play a significant role in PIQNS(P<0.01). Conclusion: The hardiness personality of nursing students was slightly higher than medium, professional identity was not good. Students’hardiness personality can influence on their professional identity. Nursing educators can improve undergraduate nursing students’ professional identity by training their hardiness personality.
