Abstract:

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing intervention of Green mode on the self-management level of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: 100 cases of acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group. 50 cases in the control group were given conventional cardiovascular internal medicine health education, while the other 50 cases in the observation group were given intervention on the basis of Green mode. Through literature review and interviews with patients after PCI, the influence factors of self-management were surveyed. After the knowledge and skills training, establishing a communication medium with WeChat, providing relevant learning materials, the self-management level and quality of life of patient and family were evaluated. Results: The scores of total and each dimension of self-management and the quality of life in observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Green model can improve the self-management level and improve the quality of life of PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction.
