Abstract: Objective: To analyze the research on feeding intolerance in preterm infants in the past 5 years, so as to provide directions and ideas for related research in China. Methods: Related studies published from January 1, 2014 to November 30, 2019 were obtained through searching in the database of CNKI, with the keywords of “preterm infants” and “feeding intolerance”.After removing the unrelated studies, the others were exported in refworks format and analyzed the authors, institutions and keywords by Citespace.Results:A total of 606 studies were selected, with 23 research institutions and 84 authors who published more than 2 articles.The keywords were clustered to 7 clustering labels, which were breast milk feeding, growth, erythromycin, infants, nursing interventions, oral feeding and influencing factors.Conclusion:The research on feeding intolerance of preterm infants needs to be further studied. In the future research, it is recommended that further multi-center randomized controlled studies based on of clustering results, in order to provide reliable evidence for related studyies on feeding intolerance of preterm infants.
