“互联网+”背景下天津市老年门诊患者就医体验现状分析

摘要:

目的:调查“互联网+”背景下老年门诊患者就医体验,为提高门诊医疗服务质量提供理论依据。方法:201911月至20202月,便利抽取在天津市公立医院门诊就诊的老年患者96例,采用一般资料问卷和就医体验问卷调查其对门诊医疗服务就医体验,并结合调查结果,提出改进天津市门诊医疗服务水平的策略。结果:老年门诊患者就医体验得分为(86.49±15.88)分,处于中等水平;男性、农村的老年门诊患者就医体验相对较好,三级医院就诊体验优于一、二级医院,并且医院现代化设备利于提升就医体验。结论:信息化时代,老年门诊患者就医体验有待进一步提升,在提升医院智能化信息建设同时,应当优化就诊系统,完善医务社工和志愿者管理体系,打造区域医联体,优质医疗资源下沉反哺基层惠及广大患者,在实践中不断提升老年门诊患者就医体验。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the medical experience of elderly out-patients under the background of Internet+, and provide theoretical basis for improving out-patient medical service quality. Methods: 96 elderly patients were conveniently selected from out-patients of Tianjin public hospitals from November 2019 to February 2020.The general information questionnaire and medical experience questionnaire were used to investigate the medical experience. Results: The score of medical service for the elderly out-patients was 86.49±15.88, which was at a medium level. Male, rural and patients in tertiary hospitals had better medical experience than the others. The modern equipment was conducive to improving medical experience of out-patients. Conclusion: In order to improve the medical experience of elderly out-patient, we should promote the information construction,optimize the visiting system, improve the management system of medical social workers and volunteers, create regional medical alliance, and provide high-quality medical resources to patients.
