摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：构建脑胶质瘤患者围手术期护理质量评价指标体系，为脑胶质瘤围手术期护理质量评价与监控提供理论依据。方法：以 “结构-过程-结果”三维质量模型为理论框架，通过文献分析、半结构式访谈、德尔菲法确定脑胶质瘤患者围手术期护理质量评价指标体系内容。结果：两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为 100.0%，第 2 轮专家函询中专家权威系数为 0.878，肯德尔协调系数为 0.331（P< 0.001），专家评定意见均趋于一致，最终构建了包括一级指标 3 项、二级指标 12 项、三级指标 74 项的脑胶质瘤围手术期护理质量评价指标体系。结论：构建的脑胶质瘤围手术期护理质量评价指标体系具有科学性、可靠性、针对性及实用性，为临床脑胶质瘤围手术期护理质量评价提供参考依据。

Abstract: Objective: To construct a perioperative nursing quality index system for patients with brain glioma, and provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation and monitoring of perioperative nursing quality of brain glioma. Methods: The "structure-process-result" three-dimensional quality model was used as the theoretical framework, and the perioperative nursing quality evaluation system for patients with brain glioma was established through literature analysis, semi-structured interviews, and Delphi method. Results: The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter consultation was 100.0%. In the second round of expert letter inquiries, the expert authority coefficient was 0.878, and the Kendall harmony coefficients was 0.331 (P<0.001). Expert assessment opinions tended to be consistent. The perioperative nursing quality index system for brain glioma was finally constructed, including 3 first-level indicators, 12 second-level indicators, and 74 third-level indicators. Conclusion: The constructed perioperative nursing quality index system for patients with brain glioma is scientific, reliable, pertinent and practical, and provides a reference for perioperative nursing quality index system for clinical nursing of brain glioma.
