Abstract:

Objective: To construct a supportive psychological intervention program for breast cancer patients of reproductive age. Methods: A research team was established. The first draft of a supportive psychological intervention program for breast cancer patients of reproductive age was formed through questionnaires investigations, individualized interviews, literature reviews, and research group discussions. Delphi method was adopted to conduct two rounds of expert letter consultation with 15 experts in Tianjin, and the indexes were modified according to expert opinions. Results: The questionnaire response rate of the two rounds of expert letter inquiries was 100%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.885, the Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.390 and 0.152, and the mean importance assignments of the two rounds of intervention program items were 3.87~5.00 and 4.00~4.93, the coefficients of variation were 0.00~0.23 and 0.05~0.24, respectively. Finally, the construction of supportive psychological intervention program for breast cancer patients of reproductive age was formed, including 3 first-level items, 11 second-level items, and 24 third-level items, including reproductive information, boost hope, and social support. Conclusion: The supportive psychological intervention program for breast cancer patients of reproductive age is scientific, comprehensive and practical, and can provide reference for clinical nursing staff to carry out psychological intervention.
