家属同步赋能教育对食管癌放疗患者自我感受负担及生活质量的影响

The effect of family member synchronous empowerment education on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy

摘要: 目的:探讨家属同步赋能教育对食管癌放疗患者自我感受负担及生活质量的影响,为临床实施家属与患者同步的赋能教育护理干预提供参考。方法:以 2021 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月收治的 82 例食管癌放疗患者为研究对象。按照入院时间将患者分为对照组和观察组各 41 例。对照组在放疗期间实施赋能教育;观察组实施家属与患者同步赋能教育。干预时间从患者放疗前 1 天至放疗结束。在放疗前、放疗结束时及放疗后 1 个月,采用患者自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、癌症患者生活质量核心问卷(EORTC QOL-C30)对食管癌放疗患者进行评估。结果:放疗结束和放疗后 1 个月,观察组自我感受负担总分及身体、经济、情感维度得分均低于对照组,生活质量量表中躯体、角色、情绪、社会、认知维度的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理人员在临床中要关注家属的身心健康,为家属同步赋能,提高其照护能力,有利于减轻患者的自我感受负担,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the influence of family members′ synchronous empowerment education on self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiotherapy, and to provide reference for the clinical implementation of family-based health education. Methods: A total of 82 patients with esophageal cancer who met the standard of radiotherapy were included from April 2021 to April 2022. Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to admission time. In the control group(n=41), patients were given empowerment education during radiotherapy. The observation group(n=41) was implemented synchronous empowerment education for family members and patients. The intervention time was from one day before radiotherapy to the end of radiotherapy. Before radiotherapy, at the end of radiotherapy, and one month after radiotherapy, patients with esophageal cancer were evaluated with the Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) and the EORTC Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(EORTC QOL-C30). Results: At the end of radiotherapy and one month after radiotherapy, the total score of SPBS and the scores of physical, economic and emotional dimensions in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). The scores of QOL in the control group were lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nurses should pay attention to the physical and mental health of family members in clinic, empower family members synchronously and improve their nursing ability, which is conducive to reducing the burden of patients′ self -feeling and improving their quality of life.
