Summary of the best evidence for dietary management in breast cancer patients

摘要: 目的:评价并总结乳腺癌患者饮食管理的最佳证据,为医护人员开展临床实践提供循证依据及参考。方法:系统检索中英文数据库及专业网站中关于乳腺癌患者饮食管理的所有证据,包括指南、临床实践、系统评价、专家共识,检索时限为建库至2024年12月。由2名具有循证护理学基础的研究者独立完成文献的质量评价并提取证据。结果:共纳入24篇文献,从组成团队、营养筛查与评估、饮食干预时机、体质量管理、饮食结构组成、日常饮食建议、饮食模式、随访及健康教育8个方面总结37条最佳证据。结论:该研究总结了乳腺癌患者饮食管理的最佳证据,在应用证据时,临床工作者应结合患者自身情况制订个体化的饮食管理方案。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of diet management of breast cancer patients, so as to provide evidence-based basis and reference for medical staff to carry out clinical practice. Methods: A systematic search of multiple Chinese and English databases on the evidence for diet management of breast cancer patients, including guidelines, clinical practice, systematic reviews, and experts consensus. The search period was from established to December 2024. The quality of the included literature was assessed by two researchers, and evidence was extracted and summarized for the literature that met the criteria. Results: A total of 24 articles were included. 37 best evidences were summarized from 8 aspects, including team composition, nutritional screening and assessment, dietary intervention timing, weight management, dietary structure composition, daily dietary recommendations, dietary patterns, follow-up and health education. Conclusion: This study summarizes the best evidence for dietary management of breast cancer patients. Clinicians should formulate individualized dietary management programs based on patients' own conditions when applying this evidence.
