天津市三级甲等综合儿科医院护士执业环境现状分析及对策

Analysis of the current status and influencing factors of nurses’ practicing environment in the third-class grade A general pediatric hospitals in Tianjin

摘要: 目的:调查了解天津市某三级甲等儿科医院护士执业环境现状及存在问题,为管理人员改善儿科护士执业环境提供理论依据。方法:依托国家护理质量数据平台,通过扫描二维码在手机终端填写护士执业环境测量表,对717名符合纳入标准的注册护士进行调查和分析。结果:护士执业环境测评总分为(82.98±16.07)分,高于2017年全国护士执业环境测评总分。其中得分最高的条目是医院对新入职护士有系统培训(93.94±13.41)分,得分最低的条目是护士有机会决定医院事务(54.2±32.03)分。不同学历、年龄、职称、职务护士执业环境测评得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科护士执业环境总体现状良好,但在护士决定医院事物等方面应加强管理,多维度营造良好的职业环境,提升护士福利待遇,充分调动护士工作积极性,有效提升护理质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current situation and existing problems of nurses’ practice environment in a tertiary grade A pediatric hospital in Tianjin, so as to provide theoretical basis to improve the practice environment for managers. Methods: Based on the national nursing quality data platform, 717 registered nurses who met the inclusion criteria were investigated and analyzed by scanning the QR code to fill in the nurse’s practice environment measurement form on the mobile phone terminal. Results: The total score of nurse practice environment evaluation was 82.98±16.07, which was higher than the total score in 2017. The highest score was 93.94±13.41 for systematic training of newly recruited nurses by the hospital, and the lowest score was 54.2±32.03 for nurses to have the opportunity to decide hospital affairs. Different education background, professional title, job title and age showed different characteristics in the evaluation score of nurse practice environment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The overall practice environment of pediatric nurses is in good condition, the management should be strengthened in the aspects of nurses’ decision on hospital affairs, multi-dimensional creation of a good professional environment, improvement of nurses’ welfare, full mobilization of nurses’ enthusiasm for work can effectively improve the quality of nursing.
