Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of computerized Omaha problem classification system on nursing problems in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community. Methods: An assessment form of Excel version was used to evaluate elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the community, and the nursing problems in this group were analyzed. Results: The patients with type 2 diabetes in the community were mainly concerned with blood glucose monitoring, drug treatment plan, foot care, circulation, nutrition, contact with community resources, vision, income and other nursing problems.Conclusion: The Omaha classification system based on electronic assessment will not only help the community nursing staff to assess care problems of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes’ completely, accurately and conveniently, but also promote the promotion and application of standardized terms in community nursing.

摘要： 目的：探讨计算机化的奥马哈问题分类系统在社区老年2型糖尿病患者护理问题评估中的应用效果。方法：使用Excel版的评估表对社区老年2型糖尿病患者进行护理评估，对该群体存在的护理问题进行分析。结果：社区老年2型糖尿病患者主要存在血糖监测、药物治疗方案、足部护理、循环、营养、联络社区资源、视觉、收入等护理问题。结论：基于奥马哈问题分类系统的电子化评估表不仅有助于社区护理人员全面、准确、方便的评估社区老年2型糖尿病患者的护理问题，同时也促进了信息化的标准化术语在社区护理中的推广与应用。
