儿科护理技术分级指标体系的构建研究

Abstract: Objective: To construct a grading index system of pediatric nursing technology, which can provide reference for the admittance management of pediatric nursing technology, the guarantee of patient safety and the improvement of nursing service quality.Methods: Through literature review and expert interviews, the index system was initially established, and expert consultation papers were compiled. By using Delphi method, 50 nursing experts from different fields were selected for two rounds of expert consultation to determine the index system of pediatric nursing technology grading.Results:The positive degree of two rounds of consultation experts’ were 100.00% and 93.62% respectively; the authoritative coefficient of experts were 0.80 and 0.83; the coordination coefficient of experts’ opinions for project classification, difficulty score and risk classification were 0.416, 0.422 and 0.437; and the established index system included 6 first-level indicators and 151 second-level indicators.Conclusion:The grading index system of pediatric nursing technology is scientific and reliable, which can provide useful reference for standardized management of pediatric nursing operation, promotion of nurse hierarchical training and scientific performance management of nursing work.

摘要: 目的:构建儿科护理技术分级指标体系,为儿科护理技术准入管理、保障患者护理安全,改进护理服务质量提供参考依据。方法:通过文献回顾、小组讨论及专家访谈初步建立指标体系,编制专家咨询问卷,采用Delphi法,选择50名护理专家进行2轮专家咨询,确定儿科护理技术分级指标体系。结果:两轮咨询专家积极程度分别为100.00%、93.62%;专家权威系数为0.80、0.83;项目分类、难度评分、风险分级的专家意见协调系数分别为0.416、0.422、0.437;确定的指标体系包括6个一级指标、151个二级指标。结论:构建的儿科护理技术分级指标体系具有较高科学性和可靠性,对儿科护理操作规范化管理、护士分层培养推进、护理工作科学绩效管理提供了有益借鉴。
