Abstract: Objective: To establish the risk assessment system for venous indwelling needle plugging, and to provide a basis for scientific and effective interventions. Methods: The research group was set up, and indicator system was preliminary selected through document research. Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted among 22 experts to establish risk assessment system. Results: The experts’ enthusiasm was 100%, authority coefficient was 0.85, the coordination degree coefficient of expert opinion of indexes grade1, 2, 3 were 0.084, 0.210 and 0.166 respectively. After two rounds of expert consultation, a risk assessment system of 3 grade-1 indexes, 14 grade-2 indexes and 61 grade-3 indexes were set up. Conclusion: The risk assessment index system of venous indwelling needle plugging is basically established to assess the complication risk，so as to prevent and reduce the incidence of plugging．

摘要： 目的：构建留置针堵管风险评估体系，为进行科学有效的护理干预提供依据。方法：成立课题研究小组，通过文献研究初步拟定留置针堵管风险评估指标，对22名护理专家进行2轮专家咨询，形成留置针堵管风险评估体系。结果：专家积极性为100%，专家权威程度系数为0.85，一、二、三级指标的专家意见协调程度系数分别为0.084、0.210、0.166。通过两轮专家咨询，最终形成3个一级指标、14个二级指标、61个三级指标的留置针堵管风险评估体系。结论：初步建立了留置针堵管风险评估体系，能据此进行留置针堵管的风险评估，从而针对性制定护理计划以预防和减少留置针堵管的发生。
