Abstract: Objective: To explore the influencing factors of surgical decision dilemmas in patients undergoing senile entropion, and to provide reference for promoting effective communication between doctors and patients in surgical decision making and correct treatment. Methods: Using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research, 10 patients with senile entropion were included and face-to-face semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted. The Colaizzi seven-step method was used to analyze the interview data. Results: The main factors influencing the dilemma of surgical decision-making in patients with senile entropion were four aspects including lack of disease awareness from a medical perspective, insufficient social and family support, avoidance coping style, and economic and cultural differences. Conclusion: The influencing factors of surgical decision-making dilemma are relatively complex due to the interaction between individual factors and social and family factors. It is advisable to start with the patient′s family, popularize the effective publicity of senile entropion science knowledge in the society, improve their social support level, carry out personalized health education for the elder patients with different ages, levels and understanding ability, provide targeted decision-making information help, so as to make high-quality decisions, then reduce the dilemma of surgical decision-making.

摘要： 目的：深入了解和探寻老年性睑内翻患者手术决策困境的影响因素，为促进医患间手术决策的有效沟通及正确决策治疗方式提供参考。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究法，选取 10 例老年性睑内翻患者进行面对面的半结构式深度访谈，采用 Colaizzi 七步法分析访谈资料。结果：造成老年性睑内翻患者手术决策困境的主要原因有从医学角度缺乏疾病认知、社会及家庭支持不足、回避应对方式及经济与文化差异因素。结论：由于个体因素差异与社会家庭因素相互影响，老年性睑内翻患者手术决策困境影响因素相对复杂。宜从患者家庭入手，社会范围有效宣传老年性睑内翻科普知识，提高其社会支持水平，对不同年龄段、不同文化程度及理解能力的老年人开展个性化健康教育，提供针对性决策信息帮助，做出高质量的决策，从而降低手术决策困境。
