The status and influencing factors of humanistic care ability among higher vocational nursing students

高职护生人文关怀能力现状及其影响因素分析

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students and its influencing factors, in order to provide reference for nursing educators to cultivate the humanistic care ability of nursing students. Methods: With convenient sampling, 935 nursing students were surveyed by using the general information questionnaire, the scale of humanistic care ability of nurses, emotional intelligence scale, the career maturity scale and school environment scale. Results: The total score of humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students was 193.10 ±40.40, which was at the medium level. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that career maturity, emotional intelligence and school environment were the main influencing factors of humanistic care ability of higher vocational nursing students. Conclusion: The humanistic care abilities of nursing students in higher vocational education still need to be improved. Nursing educators should strengthen the cultivation of professional maturity, enhance emotional intelligence, optimize the school environment, and adopt targeted teaching measures based on the characteristics and needs of different students, so as to effectively enhance their humanistic care abilities.

摘要: 目的:了解高职护生人文关怀能力现状并探讨其影响因素,为护理教育者培养护生人文关怀能力提供参考。 方法:采用一般资料问卷、人文关怀能力量表、情绪智力量表、大学生职业成熟度量表和学校环境量表对935名护生进行调查。 结果:高职护生人文关怀能力总分为(193.10±40.40)分,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析显示,高职护生人文关怀能力的主要影响因素为职业成熟度、情绪智力和学校环境(P<0.05)。 结论:高职护生的人文关怀能力仍有提升空间。 护理教育者应强化职业成熟度培养,提升情绪智力,优化学校环境,根据不同学生的特点和需求,针对性地采用教学措施,以有效提高护生的人文关怀能力。
