Abstract: Objective: To summarize the best evidence of early rehabilitation intervention techniques for ICU patients, and provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for early rehabilitation intervention in ICU. Methods: According to the "6S" evidence resource pyramid model, a systematic search was conducted across decision support system, guideline websites, Chinese and English databases, and professional society websites for evidence on early rehabilitation intervention techniques for critically ill patients from January 1, 2014 to February 5, 2024. The types of evidence included guidelines, expert consensus, randomized controlled trials, quasi -experimental studies, and evidence summaries. Two researchers evaluated the quality of the included literature and extracted the evidence. Results: A total of 20 articles were included, including 2 guidelines, 2 expert consensus, 14 randomized controlled trials, 1 quasi-experimental study and 1 evidence summary. Thirty-six pieces of evidence were summarized from five aspects including applicable population, intervention measures, rehabilitation dose, frequency, time, rehabilitation auxiliary equipment，and evaluation index. Conclusion: This study systematically summarizes the best evidence of early rehabilitation intervention techniques for ICU, and provides theoretical guidance for clinical medical workers to practice change.

摘要： 目的：总结 ICU 早期康复干预技术的最佳证据，为 ICU 患者实施早期康复干预提供依据。方法：依据“6S”证据资源金字塔模 型，系统检索决策支持系统、指南网站、中英文数据库及专业学会网站中关于 ICU 患者早期康复干预技术的证据。检索时限为 2014 年 1 月 1 日至 2024 年 2 月 5 日，证据类型包括指南、专家共识、随机对照试验、类试验性研究及证据总结。由 2 名研究者分别对纳入的文献进行质量评价和证据提取。结果：共纳入 20 篇文献，包括 2 篇指南、2 篇专家共识、14 篇随机对照试验、1 篇类试验性研究及 1 篇证据总结。从适用人群，干预措施，康复剂量、频率、时间，康复辅助设备，评价指标 5 个方面总结了 36 条证据。结论：该研究系统地总结了 ICU 患者早期康复干预技术的最佳证据，为临床医护工作者实践变革提供指导。
