The reliability and validity testing of Chinese version of the Fatigue Management Barriers Questionnaire

疲乏管理障碍问卷的汉化与信效度检验

Abstract: Objective: To translate the Fatigue Management Barriers Questionnaire into Chinese, validate and evaluate its structure using network analysis, and examine its reliability and validity. Methods: The Fatigue Management Barriers Questionnaire was translated and back-translated in accordance with the Brislin translation model to develop the Chinese version of the Fatigue Management Barriers Questionnaire. A convenience sampling method was adopted, and patients with breast cancer admitted to a tertiary grade A general hospital in Yantai from June 20, 2024, to March 25, 2025, were recruited as study participants. A Gaussian graphical model was employed to estimate the network structure of the collected questionnaire data. Exploratory graph analysis was used to explore the dimensional structure of the questionnaire, and bootstrap indices were applied to evaluate structural consistency. Results: Based on structural consistency findings, the network model identified a structure comprising 9 dimensions and 25 items. Compared to the original questionnaire structure, 1 dimension and 3 items were removed. All network structural consistency indices exceeded 0.75, indicating structural stability. The network model demonstrated good fit. The content validity index (I-CVI) for questionnaire items ranged from 0.86 to 1.00, with an average content validity index (S-CVI/Ave) of 0.98. The overall Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.917; Cronbach's α coefficients for the 9 dimensions ranged from 0.778 to 0.944. Conclusion: The Chinese version of the Fatigue Management Barriers Questionnaire demonstrates good reliability and validity. The network analysis model further optimized the questionnaire structure. The revised version is more suitable for assessing the level of fatigue management barriers among breast cancer patients in China.

摘要: 目的:汉化疲乏管理障碍问卷并运用网络分析方法对问卷结构进行验证与评估,检验问卷的信效度。方法:遵循 Brislin 翻译模型对疲乏管理障碍问卷进行翻译及回译,形成中文版疲乏管理障碍问卷。采用便利抽样法,选取 2024 年 6 月 20 日至 2025 年 3 月 25 日烟台市某三级甲等综合性医院收治的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象。使用高斯图域模型对收集的乳腺癌患者疲乏管理障碍问卷数据进行网络结构估计,使用探索性图域分析探索问卷的网络维度结构,运用 bootstrap 指标评价结构一致性。结果:依据结构一致性结果,网络模型检测出 9 个维度、25 个条目的网络结构。与原始问卷结构比较,删除了 1 个维度、3 个条目。问卷网络结构一致性指标>0.75,结构稳定。网络结构的模型拟合度良好。问卷条目水平内容效度指数为 0.86~1.00,问卷的平均内容效度指数为 0.98。问卷总体 Cronbach's α 系数为 0.917;9 个维度的 Cronbach's α 系数为 0.778~0.944。结论:中文版疲乏管理障碍问卷具有良好的信效度,网络分析模型进一步优化了问卷结构,修订后更适用于测评国内乳腺癌患者的疲乏管理障碍水平。
