Abstract: Objective: To explore the real experiences and needs of monocular glaucoma patients during their disease course, providing references for formulating a targeted nursing program. Methods: Descriptive qualitative research methods were employed to conduct semi-structured interviews with 21 patients with monocular glaucoma. The Colaizzi's seven-step analysis method was applied to analyze, induce, and refine the interview data. Results: A total of 4 themes were extracted, including inadequate self-management capacity of disease(lack of disease-related knowledge and drug management ability), decline in quality of life(abnormal vision, ocular pain, and limited daily activities), obvious mental disturbance (concern about the effect of surgery, expectations for postoperative vision, and the fear of blindness after surgical eye dressing), and demand for a comprehensive support system(expectation of targeted care during surgery and continuous professional medical support, desire for understanding and support from family and society, and the urgent need for glaucoma disease management knowledge). Conclusion: Medical staff should pay attention to the specific experiences and needs of patients with monocular glaucoma, provide targeted perioperative nursing care, and improve continuous support system to reduce patients' physical and psychological disturbance while improving their disease self-management ability.

摘要： 目的：探讨独眼青光眼患者患病期间的真实体验及需求，为构建针对性的护理干预方案提供依据。方法：采用描述性质性研究方法，对 21 例独眼青光眼患者进行半结构式访谈，应用 Colaizzi 7 步分析法对访谈资料进行分析、归纳与提炼。结果：共提炼出 4 个主题，分别为疾病自我管理能力不足（疾病相关知识缺乏、用药管理能力不足）、生活质量下降（视觉异常、眼部疼痛、日常活动受限）、心理困扰明显（对手术效果担忧、对术后视力期待、术眼包扎后对失明的恐惧）和期待完善的支持系统（期待术中针对性照护与指导、期待医护延续性专业支持、渴望得到家庭和社会的理解与支持、对青光眼疾病管理知识的迫切需求）。结论：医护人员应重视独眼青光眼患者患病期间的特异性体验及需求，给予针对性围手术期护理服务并完善延续性支持系统，减轻患者身心困扰，提高患者疾病自我管理能力。
