Abstract:

Objective: To translate the Chinese version of Healthcare Career Choice Scale for medical students and test its reliability and validity. Methods:The original scale was translated and back-translated， the items were further revised after cultural adjustment to form the Chinese version of scale.Total 280 medical students were selected by convenient sampling for the questionnaire survey to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results: The average content validity index of the Chinese version of the Scale was 0.971 and 6 common factors were extracted.The cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.996%, and the total Cronbach’s α  coefficient of the scale was 0.869. The coefficients of split-half reliability were 0.805 for the first 18 items and 0.824 for the left 17 items, respectively. Conclusion:The Chinese version of Healthcare Career Choice Scale has good reliability and validity which can be used to evaluate the medical students’ occupational choice in China.

摘要：

目的：引进、汉化医学生职业选择量表，并在医学生中进行信度和效度检验。方法：对医学生职业选择量表进行翻译、回译和跨文化调试，形成中文版医学生职业选择量表；方便抽取某医学院校医学生280例，使用该量表进行调查，评价量表的信度和效度。 结果：中文版医学生职业选择量表内容效度指数为0.971；共提取6个公因子，累积方差贡献率为60.996%；量表总的Cronbach’s α系数为0.869，根据奇偶数折半，奇数条目18条折半信度为0.805，偶数条目17条为0.824。结论：中文版医学生职业选择量表具有良好的信效度，可作为医学生职业选择的测量工具。
