Abstract: Objective: To explore the needs and real experience of home rehabilitation in breast cancer patients with wound drainage tube after surgery，and to provide reference for effective development of continuous nursing. Methods: Purposeful sampling was used and a semi-structured interview was conducted in 14 breast cancer patients with indwelling drainage tube after surgery. Data were coded, classified and extracted by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method. Results: The home rehabilitation needs in breast cancer patients with wound drainage tube after surgery can be summarized into four themes, they were the need to improve home self -management skills, multi -dimensional support requirements, psychological needs and emotional needs and rehabilitation environmental needs. Conclusion: As the length of stay decreases，the number of patients discharged from the hospital with drainage tubes after breast cancer surgery will continue to increase. According to the needs and real experience of patients with wound drainage after breast cancer surgery, medical staffs should provide targeted and continuous nursing，so as to provide quality care for patients，and promote their recovery to health.

摘要： 目的：探讨乳腺癌术后留置伤口引流管患者居家康复的需求及真实体验，为有效开展延续性护理提供参考。方法：采用目的性抽样法，对14 例乳腺癌术后留置伤口引流管的居家康复患者进行半结构式访谈，通过Colaizzi 7 步分析法进行资料的编码、分类、提炼主题。结果：乳腺癌术后患者留置伤口引流管居家康复的需求可归纳为4 个主题，分别为提高居家自我管理能力的需求、多维度支持的需求、心理情感需求及康复环境需求。结论：随着住院时间的缩短，乳腺癌术后伤口留置引流管出院患者的数量将会继续增加。医护人员应根据乳腺癌术后患者留置伤口引流管居家康复的需求及真实体验，提供针对性的延续性护理，为患者提供优质护理服务，促进其恢复健康。
