Abstract: Objective: To explore the positive psychological experience of adolescent cancer patients and provide evidence for psychological nursing of adolescent cancer patients. Methods: The purpose sampling method was used to select 10 adolescent cancer patients in a grade A tertiary hospital in Yinchuan. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with the phenomenological research methods and Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: Six themes were extracted including mutual love, caring for family; strong, sensible, responsible; self-improvement, optimism; health awareness, health action consciousness; pay attention to the relationship with the school, eager to interact with students; accept reality, be hopeful, and be grateful. Conclusion: Adolescent cancer patients have positive psychological experience. Clinical nurses should stimulate the positive psychological experience of adolescent cancer patients, help families and schools to build better support systems, so as to improve the degree of psychological support and promote the mental health of adolescent cancer patients.

摘要： 目的：探讨青少年癌症患者积极心理体验，为青少年癌症患者心理护理提供依据。方法：采用目的抽样法，选取银川市某三级甲等医院治疗的10例青少年癌症患者进行半结构式访谈，并采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析资料。结果：共提炼6个主题，包括互亲互爱，关爱家人；坚强懂事、有责任感；自强不息、乐观向上；健康意识增强、健康行动自觉；注重与学校的关系，渴望同学间互动；接受现实、满怀憧憬、心存感恩。结论：青少年癌症患者存在积极心理体验，临床护理人员应激发青少年癌症患者的积极心理体验，协助家庭和学校构建更加完善的支持体系，以提高心理支持程度，促进青少年癌症患者心理健康。
