Abstract: Objective: To investigate the current status of self-management among community-dwelling individuals with impaired glucose tolerance and analyze its influencing factors, in order to provide a basis for developing targeted intervention strategies. Methods: A total of 168 community-dwelling patients with impaired glucose tolerance were selected as the study subjects by using convenience sampling method. General information questionnaire, the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities, and the Intuitive Eating Scale-2 were administered in the study. Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of self-management. Results: The total score of the Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities with impaired glucose tolerance was 43.32 ± 9.13, and the total score of the Intuitive Eating Scale-2 was 74.32 ± 7.47. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, educational level, and intuitive eating were influencing factors for self-management among community-dwelling individuals with impaired glucose tolerance (P<0.05), collectively explaining 96.3% of the total variance. Conclusion: There is still room for improvement in the self-management level of community-dwelling population with impaired glucose tolerance. Targeted measures should be taken specifically to address the influencing factors and enhance the self-management levels, in order to delay the onset of diabetes.

摘要： 目的：调查社区糖耐量减低人群自我管理现状并对其影响因素进行分析，为制定针对性干预策略提供依据。方法：采用便利抽样法，选择 168 例社区糖耐量减低患者作为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病自我管理行为量表及直觉饮食量表-2 进行调查，采用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析探讨其自我管理的影响因素。结果：社区糖耐量减低人群糖尿病自我管理行为量表得分为（43.32±9.13）分，直觉饮食量表-2 得分为（74.32±7.47）分。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、文化程度及直觉饮食是社区糖耐量减低人群自我管理的影响因素（P<0.05），共解释总变异的 96.3%。结论：社区糖耐量减低人群自我管理水平仍有提升空间。需重点针对影响因素采取相关措施，提高自我管理水平，以延缓糖尿病发生。
