Abstract: Objective: To understand the current status and analyze the influencing factors of nursing informatics competence among nurses in secondary hospitals in Henan Province, and to provide a reference for the cultivation of nurses' nursing informatics competence. Methods: Using a convenience sampling method, nurses from six secondary hospitals in Henan Province were selected as the study subjects from September 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025. A general information questionnaire and the Nursing Informatics Competence Scale were used for the survey. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed to identify the influencing factors of nurses' nursing informatics competence. Results: The nursing informatics competence score of 1 057 nurses from secondary hospitals was 63.73 ± 11.36. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, initial educational background, marital status, position, monthly income, hospital type, whether they had received nursing informatics training, and whether they had learned computer-related knowledge were influencing factors of nurses' nursing informatics competence (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing informatics competence of nurses in secondary hospitals in Henan Province is relatively low. Relevant authorities urgently need to carry out training on basic computer knowledge and skills, as well as practical operations related to nursing information systems, so as to improve their nursing informatics competence and strengthen their awareness of health management services.

摘要： 目的：了解河南省二级医院护士护理信息能力现状并分析其影响因素，为护士护理信息能力培养提供参考依据。方法：采用便利抽样法，于 2024 年 9 月 1 日至 2025 年 3 月 31 日选取河南省 6 所二级医院护士为研究对象，使用一般资料调查表、护理信息能力量表进行调查。采用多元线性回归分析护士护理信息能力的影响因素。结果：1 057 名二级医院护士护理信息能力得分为（63.73±11.36）分。多元线性回归分析显示，性别、初始学历、婚姻状况、职务、月收入、医院类型、是否接受过护理信息培训、是否学习过计算机相关知识是护士护理信息能力的影响因素（P<0.05）。结论：河南省二级医院护士的护理信息能力较低，有关部门亟需开展计算机基础知识及技术、护理信息系统相关实际操作培训，提高其护理信息能力，强化健康管理服务意识。
