摘要:  

目的:探讨护理风险管理在ICU护生带教中的应用效果。方法:2014年接收的178名护生为对照组,运用传统的带教方法;将2015年接收的167名护生为观察组,运用护理风险管理教学方法,识别和分析带教中形成的护理风险,以护理风险为导向,改进带教方法,突出带教重点。结果:观察组的基础护理操作差错率低于对照组,护理文书书写合格率和仪器操作合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护生实习成绩评定及对带教老师的评议应用前后比较,良好率及满意率明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理风险管理教学实现了带教目标,明显地提高了带教效果和学生对老师的满意率。

Abstract:  

Objective: To explore the effect of nursing risk management in the nursing teaching of ICU. Methods: 178 nurse students in 2014 were collected as the control group, 167 nurse students in 2015 were collected as the observation group, they were teach with conventional teaching mode and nursing risk management teaching mode respectively. We identified and analyzed the nursing risk in teaching, took nursing risk as the guidance, highlighted the focus of nursing teaching. Results: The error rate of basic nursing operation, the qualified rate of nursing documents and instrument operation in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The good practice rate of students and satisfactory rate for teachers improved obviously before and after application (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing risk management teaching can achieve objective, improve effectiveness of teaching and students satisfaction.
