摘要：

目的：构建适合我国晚期癌症患者的尊严护理服务模式，以期增强晚期癌症患者的尊严水平，提升其生命意义，为晚期癌症患者的临终关怀及实现善终提供参考依据。方法：通过Delphi专家函询法构建尊严护理服务模式，并选取2017年3月至6月入住天津市某三甲专科医院的晚期癌症患者50例作为对照组，给予常规护理；选取2018年同期入住该医院的晚期癌症患者50例作为干预组，给予尊严护理服务模式。干预前后比较两组患者的尊严水平、生命意义及生活质量的变化。结果：干预后干预组患者尊严评分、生命意义及生活质量均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.05）。结论：尊严护理服务模式能够有效增强晚期癌症患者的尊严水平，提升患者生命意义，改善其生活质量。

Abstract: Objective: To build a dignity nursing service mode which is suitable for terminal cancer patients in China, in order to enhance the dignity of the advanced cancer patients and their meaning of life, and to provide a reference basis to further research. Methods: A dignity nursing service mode was constructed through Delphi expert enquiry. 50 patients with advanced cancer were selected into control group from March to June in 2017 in a third-grade hospital in Tianjin, who were given routine care; the other 50 patients at the same period in 2018 were adopted to intervention group, who were given dignity nursing service mode. The level of dignity, life meaning and the change of quality of life before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: The level of dignity, the quality of life and life meaning of the intervention group patients were significantly better than the control group, the difference statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Dignity nursing service mode can effectively enhance the dignity level，life meaning and their quality of life of the patients with advanced cancer.
