摘要：

目的：通过调查了解实习护生职业认同现状和医务场所暴力现状，分析实习护生职业认同的影响因素，为提高实习护生职业认同感提供借鉴。方法：便利抽取某三甲医院的120名实习护生，采用职业认同问卷、医务场所暴力量表进行调查。结果：实习护生职业认同得分为（63.2±11.4）分；目睹和遭受医务场所暴力比例分别为26.8%和14.3%；学历、是否为独生子女、是否有宗教信仰、对护理专业的态度以及是否目睹医务场所暴力对实习护生职业认同有影响。结论：实习护生职业认同感低，经历医务场所暴力频繁，同时实习护生职业认同还受多种因素的影响，因此今后可通过增加相关培训，针对不同护生给予针对性的干预措施来提高实习护生的职业认同感，稳定护理团队的发展。

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the status of career identity of nursing students and violence in medical places and analyze the influencing factors, in order to provide reference for improving the career identity of nursing students. Methods: 120 nursing students from a third-grade hospital were conveniently selected and the career identity questionnaire was used to investigate the violence in medical places.Results: The career identity score of nursing students was 63.2±11.4. The proportions of witnessing and experiencing violence in medical places were 26.8% and 14.3%, respectively; educational background, an only child or not, religious belief, attitude towards nursing profession, and witnessing violence or not have a significant impact on career identity of nursing students. Conclusion: The career identity of nursing students is influenced by many factors. Therefore, in the future, by increasing relevant training and giving specific intervention measures to different nursing students, we can improve the career identity of the nursing students and stabilize the development of the nursing team.
