摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的: 调查老年淋巴瘤化疗患者认知功能状况,并分析其影响因素,为改善老年淋巴瘤化疗患者认知功能提供科学依据。方法: 选取淋巴瘤科住院的老年淋巴瘤化疗患者121例,应用自行设计一般资料调查表及蒙特利尔认知评估量表等研究工具进行调查。结果: 老年淋巴瘤化疗患者认知障碍的发生率为81.0%,认知功能评分（23.17±3.40）分;多元线性回归分析结果显示,性别、城乡、文化程度、化疗方案及自我管理水平是影响老年淋巴瘤化疗患者认知功能的相关因素,共解释总体变异的50.9%。结论: 老年淋巴瘤化疗患者认知障碍发生率高,受多种因素影响,提示临床医护人员应针对相关因素进行分级认知训练,以改善老年患者的生存质量。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the cognitive function of elderly lymphoma patients receiving chemotherapy and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide scientific basis for improving the cognitive function. Methods: A total of 121 hospitalized elderly lymphoma patients with chemotherapy were investigated using self-designed general scale and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MocA). Results: The incidence of cognitive impairment was 81.0%, the score of cognitive function was 23.17±3.40. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender, urban and rural, educational level, chemotherapy regimen and self-management level were the relevant factors of cognitive function in elderly lymphoma chemotherapy patients, which accounted for 50.9% of the total variation. Conclusion: Because of the high incidence of cognitive impairment multiple influencing factors, clinical medical staff should strengthen the cognitive training of elderly patients for improve the quality of life of these elderly patients.
