基于CiteSpace的膝关节置换领域文献的可视化分析

Visual analysis of literature in the field of knee replacement based on CiteSpace

摘要: 目的:利用CiteSpace软件对近5年国内外膝关节置换领域文献数据进行可视化分析,为国内学者更全面的掌握该领域的研究热点及趋势,为进一步深入研究提供参考。方法:通过中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库收集2015至2019年中英文膝关节置换领域文献,运用CiteSpace软件分析该领域文献的国内外发文量、作者机构、作者国别、共被引期刊及文献、关键词及研究热点等。结果:近5年有关膝关节置换的中英文文献发文量呈现上升的趋势。作者机构以高校及其附属医院为主。发文较多的国家为美国、中国、英国、德国和日本。被引频次最高的期刊是《Journal of bone and joint surgery-American volume》。中文关键词Burst值激增强度最高的是“骨科植入物”,英文关键词Burst值激增强度最高的是“deep venous thrombosis”。结论:近5年膝关节置换领域发文量不断增长,研究热点集中于静脉血栓的防治、围手术期的出血管理及护理干预。

Abstract: Objective: CiteSpace software was used to perform visual analysis of domestic and international literature data in the field of knee replacement in the past 5 years, in order to provide domestic scholars with a more comprehensive grasp of research highlights and trends in this field. Methods: Literature from 2015 to 2019 was extracted through CNKI and Web of science databases, and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the domestic and international publication volume, author organization, author country, co-cited journals and literature, key words and research hotspots of the literature in this field. Results: In recent 5 years, the number of literatures published in Chinese and English about knee arthroplasty has shown an increasing trend. The author’s organization mainly consists of universities and their affiliated hospitals. Meanwhile, the most prolific contributors were America, China, the UK, Germany and Japan. The most frequently cited Journal is Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery-American Volume. Key words in Chinese were "orthopaedic implants" with the highest Burst value; "deep venous thrombosis" had the highest Burst value in English. Conclusion: The research hotspot focuses on the prevention and treatment of DVT, management and nursing of perioperative bleeding in the field of knee replacement.
