摘要: 目的:探讨某三级甲等医院的护士组织气氛对护士职业认同的影响。方法:运用分层随机抽样的方法,采用护士组织气氛感知量表和护士职业认同评定量表,对天津市某三级甲等医院435名护士进行调查,了解三甲医院护士组织气氛和护士职业认同现状,并分析二者之间的关系。结果:该院的护士组织气氛及其各维度与护士职业认同均呈正相关,分层回归结果显示,控制一般变量后,管理支持、资源保障两个维度共可以解释护士职业认同的37.4%。结论:建议护理管理者完善护理支持系统,创建公正、和谐的护士组织气氛,提高护士职业认同水平。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the influence of nurses’ organizational climate on professional identity in 3-A-grade hospital.  Methods: 435 nurses who were stratified random sampling in a 3-A-grade hospital in Tianjin were investigated by using the organizational climate perception scale and professional identity rating scale to analyze the current condition and the relationship between them.  Results: There were significant positive correlations between nurses’ professional identity and organizational climate. The hierarchical regression analysis showed that management support, resource security could independently explain 37.4% of the variance for nurses’ professional identity after controlling demographic variables.  Conclusion: It is suggested that nursing managers improve the nursing support system, create a fair and harmonious nurses organizational climate, and improve the level of nurses’ professional identity.
