摘要：

目的：系统分析万方数据库中社区护理相关的研究性文献，以期对社区护理研究的发展起到一定的借鉴和指导。方法：以社区、护理为题名/关键词检索万方数据库，使用书目共现分析系统软件进行统计并生成词篇矩阵，gCluto 软件进行聚类分析。结果：共纳入文献3 212篇，通过对国内研究文献中前51%的高频主题词进行共词聚类分析，呈现出国内社区护理研究主题分为4 类：糖尿病类、慢性疾病类、生存质量类、社区卫生服务效果类。结论：国内社区护理研究在糖尿病、慢性疾病、生存质量、社区卫生服务开展效果等方面较为广泛；通过高频主题词聚类分析，有助于从某个角度了解社区护理研究热点。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the hot research spots of community nursing research in China by cluster analysis for the co-words in core journal papers on community nursing resources issued in Wanfang Database. Methods: This paper takes into account the title/keywords in Wanfang Database, Further, the title/keywords frequency counted by BICOMB, co-word clustering analysis by gCluto. Results: Finally 3212 articles were included. With the first 51% high frequency words were taken into account. The results showed that in the course of community nursing resources four major communities were developed: diabetes, chronic diseases, quality of life, community health service. Conclusion: The research of community nursing has much development in the field of diabetes, chronic diseases, quality of life, community health service, and through hot spots analysis based on co-word clustering providing researchers a convenient reference to know about hot spots of community nursing.
